What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in driving employee connection and engagement through: Creating impactful internal communication campaigns and leadership messaging Bringing Town Halls, employee celebrations and major internal events to life Supporting exciting organisation-wide initiatives including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs and change projects. Developing engaging content across digital channels, intranet and internal platforms Turning employee insights and feedback into meaningful action Equipping leaders with communication tools, messaging and resources Creating modern, visual and engaging storytelling content employees actually want to read What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a similar role Exceptional writing and storytelling skills Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability Creativity, initiative and a collaborative mindset Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications in Communications, PR, Journalism, Event Management or similar What’s In It for You?
