About the Role The Communications & Events Coordinator plays a vital support role within the Tattarang Corporate Affairs & Advocacy team, with a focus on administrative support, event coordination, stakeholder engagement and corporate communications. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract. What you will do Administrative and Team Support Provide administrative support across the Corporate Affairs & Advocacy team. Manage team travel bookings and corporate hospitality. Process and code invoices and receipts. Maintain paid subscriptions and coordinate with suppliers. Liaise with external agencies on website development, graphic design, videography, photography and event collateral. Events and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate internal and external events, including those tied to Tattarang-sponsored partnerships. Maintain tracking spreadsheets, guest lists and schedules for internal events. Communications and Internal Engagement Source and compile content for internal newsletters and business-wide announcements. Liaise with teams across the business to gather stories and updates. Coordinate content on the Tattarang intranet, internal platforms, social media and website. Assist with development of presentation materials for internal events and Town Halls. Support the Corporate Communications Manager on corporate content and engagement initiatives About you Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. Prior experience in a communications, event or team coordination role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in managing corporate events from start to finish Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing confidential information and engaging with senior stakeholders. Desirable: Familiarity with Canva and photography skills for content creation.
