In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Director, Strategy and Governance and will develop and oversee comprehensive communication and engagement strategies that effectively convey the importance of regulatory operations and the goals of the ESB, ensuring alignment with broader government objectives and public expectations. About You With your blend of expertise you will drive the development and enhancement of communication and engagement efforts, lead the planning and execution of communication and engagement strategies, and manage, develop and mentor the Communications Officer, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and productive working environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with executives, across teams and stakeholders will be instrumental in advancing initiatives and achieving organisational objectives.
