We’re on the hunt for a well-rounded, digitally savvy Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help plan, deliver and optimise marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage existing members and attract new audiences. This is a hands-on role suited to a creative marketer who also enjoys working with data, analytics and campaign performance. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our online presence and engaging diverse audiences across multiple platforms. From managing our social media and website, to creating impactful content and analysing campaign performance, your work will directly support the organisation’s strategic goals. You’ll play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels, supporting brand consistency, and contributing to the ongoing growth and visibility of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational objectives. Manage and grow social media presence through engaging content and community interaction. Facilitate website updates and digital user experience improvements. Apply graphic design and content development skills to produce high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite/Canva and other digital platforms. Create high-quality digital content, including blogs, marketing emails, videos, and webinars, aligned with our brand voice. Analyse digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and social media insights, providing reports and improvement recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure coordinated and consistent marketing efforts. Support fundraising events, activations and photoshoots. Attend occasional out of hours events to gather content. Required Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing Hands-on knowledge of analytics, reporting tools and campaign optimisation Experience with EDM platforms, social media advertising and digital marketing tools Understanding of Wordpress and SEO fundamentals Excellent written communication and content creation skills Can spot a story in everyday operations and turn it into something engaging Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines and concurrent projects A proactive mindset with a keen eye for trends, opportunities and continuous improvement Australian work rights are required for this position Desirable Experience working in a membership, not-for-profit or health-related organisation Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms Graphic design or basic video editing skills Why Join Us?
