As our highly valued Revenue Partnerships Product Analyst based in Brisbane you will support the Senior Product Manager in the delivery, performance monitoring and ongoing optimisation of the Bank’s partnership product portfolio. You’ll make an impact by: • Product delivery and initiative support -Support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the partnership’s portfolio. -Coordinate cross-functional activities required to progress product enhancements and new initiatives. -Assist with preparing business cases, governance artefacts, and approval documentation. • Operational and risk management -Assist in monitoring operational performance, incidents, and product risks. -Support ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations, product frameworks, and internal policies. -Contribute to improving operational processes and controls across the portfolio. • Stakeholder and partner collaboration -Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data, Compliance and Business Controls. -Support engagement with external partners to ensure initiatives progress effectively and operational issues are resolved. -Assist in coordinating activities across internal stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum. • Portfolio growth and optimisation -Support the identification and development of opportunities to grow and optimise partnership-led products. -Assist with marketing initiatives, campaign performance analysis, and product enhancements. -Contribute to improving customer outcomes and commercial performance across the partnership’s portfolio. • Customer and Complaint Investigations -Support the review and investigation of customer complaints and service issues relating to partnership products. -Analyse complaint trends to identify opportunities to improve product design, operational processes and customer outcomes. -Liaise with internal teams and partners to support effective and fair resolution of customer matters Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: This role is suited to someone who has a broad knowledge set across Insurance and/or Foreign Exchange (or willingness to learn), someone who is curious, analytical and motivated by using insights and data to inform decision making and is looking to start/progress a career in Product management. In addition to your passion for insurance and/or foreign exchange, product development and the ability to work in a highly engaged, cross functional team, you will also possess the following: •2 years’ experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Management, or similar role within Financial Services, Insurance or a related regulated industry (preferred). •Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actionable recommendations. •Ability to build strong working relationships and partnerships both internally and externally to influence and elicit win-win outcomes. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across a broad range of stakeholders. •Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, and a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment. •High proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence or similar and exposure to Insurance is highly desired. •An understanding of complex process-flows and technical understanding will be highly regarded. Your Qualifications • Experience and attitude is favoured over Qualifications for this role. • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, data and analytics or Finance or demonstrated experience in these areas.
