We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator / Administrator to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on scheduling and coordinating technicians, while also providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. About the Role This is a fast-paced coordination role where your primary responsibility will be managing technician schedules, bookings, and client communication. You’ll work closely with our operations team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time, while also assisting with general administration tasks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily technician schedules and bookings Liaise with clients and technicians regarding appointments, access requirements, and timeframes Respond to incoming calls and emails professionally Maintain accurate job records, compliance documents, and service reports Assist with general administration duties and internal system updates Support invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounts administration Help ensure compliance documentation is up to date and accurate Provide scheduling support during leave periods or high-demand times About You Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration (at least 2 years) Previous experience in the fire industry highly regarded Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management systems Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude Experience in fire services, construction, or trade industries is highly regarded but not essential
