This position is responsible for all aspects of the: Day to day administration General Office Duties. Membership Services at the Club (Including member inductions). Ensure all membership records are created, stored and maintained in accordance with the organization’s electronic membership and management systems. Provide the Administration Supervisor with up to date monthly reports required by the General Manager at least 5 days prior to the monthly Management Committee meeting. Promote both Club and non-club functions that are held at WGC. Provide service to Member’s, and attend to Member’s requests/complaints as appropriate ensuring the Administration Supervisor and General Manager are kept informed where appropriate and/or necessary. Ensure that the Club’s organisation (objectives, projects etc) are consistently presented in a strong and positive manner to all stakeholders. Assist in Marketing WGC in terms of attracting new Members, Corporate Golf Events and other functions. Coordinate the bookings and communications for functions and club activities. Liaise with existing and perspective new members in a prompt, courteous and effective manner, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided. Provide a high level of assistance to Committee Representatives in the implementation of projects and activities. Assist in producing and provide advertising material as required. Any other task requested by the General Manager which may be required from time to time.
