Working closely with Directors and senior leaders, you’ll have real ownership across both experience and operations in a growing, privately-owned company. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the planning and execution of internal and external events Managing event logistics including suppliers, catering, accommodation, transport and guest experience Running the day-to-day operations of our North Adelaide office Creating a workplace that is organised, welcoming and high performing Supporting Directors with travel, coordination and business logistics Driving employee engagement through team events, celebrations and culture initiatives About You Experience in events, hospitality, office management or coordination roles Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts Confident working with senior stakeholders and building strong relationships Calm under pressure and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences Brings energy, initiative and pride in getting things done properly About Ahrens Group We’re a fifth-generation Australian family-owned business with a strong reputation across construction, engineering and manufacturing — and we’re continuing to grow.
