We're looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to help lead this energy across our venues - someone who understands service as theatre, detail as instinct, and hospitality as a feeling guests carry with them long after they leave. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded operator with a strong creative pulse. You'll work closely with venue leaders, culinary teams and hotel leadership to shape experiences that feel effortless, locally connected and distinctly ANdAZ. What You'll Do · Support the strategic and day-to-day leadership of all Food & Beverage operations · Drive service excellence across restaurants, bars, and in-room dining · Lead, mentor and inspire venue teams with confidence and care · Partner with chefs and beverage leaders to evolve concepts, programming, rituals and guest experiences · Monitor performance across labour, revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction · Champion a culture of creativity, accountability and genuine hospitality · Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation and operational execution · Support recruitment, training and succession planning across the division Qualifications: What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience within luxury hotels or premium lifestyle venues Strong operational knowledge across multi-outlet Food & Beverage environments A natural leader with high emotional intelligence and presence on the floor Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and performance metrics Passion for contemporary dining, beverage culture and guest experience innovation Ability to move fluidly between strategy and service Calm under pressure, highly organised and solutions focused You must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia Why ANdAZ?
