The Recruit Group is partnering with a premium smart home automation and integrated technology company based in Sydney, seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to take ownership of high-end electrical and home automation projects across luxury residential and commercial sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing delivery role and takes pride in executing detailed, high-quality electrical and automation systems. You will manage projects from early quotation and design coordination through to completion, ensuring seamless delivery, strong commercial outcomes, and an elevated client experience at every stage. What you'll be doing: Managing end-to-end delivery of electrical and home automation projects across luxury residential homes and commercial developments Working closely with builders, architects, designers, and clients from early project stages through to completion Supporting the quoting process by reviewing scopes, pricing inputs, and labour planning Overseeing project setup, scheduling, procurement, and financial performance Coordinating site teams and subcontractors to ensure precision execution and high-quality finishes Conducting regular site inspections, milestone sign-offs, and quality assurance checks Managing variations, scope changes, and contract administration Delivering smaller service works and upgrades from enquiry through to completion Supporting business growth through client relationships, referrals, and repeat commercial and residential work About you: Trade-qualified electrician (licensed) with proven experience or exposure in project management within electrical, construction, or building services environments Experience across luxury residential and/or commercial projects highly regarded Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets, margins, and variations Confident communicator with builders, architects, designers, and premium clients Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Experience with Simpro or similar job management systems preferred Proactive, solutions-focused, and accountable in delivery Why join us: Work across high-end luxury residential and commercial projects Strong project ownership from inception through to completion Attractive bonus structure uncapped commission on personally generated work Exposure to leading architects, developers, and commercial builders Direct access to leadership in a growing, premium electrical and automation business Modern Double Bay showroom with hands-on site involvement How to apply: Please submit your resume by hitting APPLY or contact us directly: Fraser Neale fraser@therecruitgroup.com.au 0431 880 517 All applications will be treated with confidentiality.
