We are partnering with well-established mechanical services contractorors that deliver high-quality HVAC projects across commercial, industrial and fit-out environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a capable HVAC Estimator to join their team and support the tendering and delivery pipeline. The Role As the HVAC Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of mechanical services projects. You will work closely with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors and clients to ensure tenders are completed on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Prepare HVAC estimates, tenders and cost plans for commercial projects Review drawings, specifications and scope documents Complete take-offs and pricing for labour, materials and subcontractors Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Identify project risks, opportunities and value-engineering options Support handover from estimating to project delivery teams About You Previous experience estimating HVAC or mechanical services projects Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping and equipment Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness Confident communicator with strong supplier and subcontractor relationships Experience with estimating software will be highly regarded What’s On Offer Sydney-based roles with reputable HVAC/mechanical contractors Strong pipeline of commercial projects Supportive team environment Opportunity to work across varied and interesting projects Competitive salary package based on experience
