This business design, engineer, and supply mission-critical modular rooms - switchrooms, battery rooms, and chiller rooms. They are searching for an experienced Project Administrator from the construction industry to actively maintain project delivery framework and methodology - scheduling, facilitating, and documenting the full cadence of internal and client-facing meetings, coordinating across design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams, and delivering a level of client communication and reporting. This role will be based between Melbourne's CBD and Dandenong South. It is based fulltime on-site. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a project administration, project coordinator, or contract administration role within the construction, engineering, or manufacturing sector. Demonstrated understanding of construction project delivery - programme management, milestone tracking, design coordination, and contract administration basics. Exceptional written communication skills - able to produce clear, professional meeting reports, correspondence, and project documentation with minimal review. Strong organisational discipline - you run the diary, you own the action register, and nothing falls through the cracks. Confident communicator, comfortable chairing or co-chairing meetings with senior client stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with project management or document control platforms.
