About the role We’re looking for an experienced Panel Shop Receptionist to join our friendly team at the Surrey Accident Repair Centre Pty Ltd in Surrey Hills, VIC. This is a full-time position responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our busy panel shop. Key Responsibilities Greeting customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner Answering and directing incoming phone calls Booking in customer vehicles for repairs and coordinating with the panel shop team Handling customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism Maintaining accurate records and documentation Providing general administrative support to the panel shop as required What we’re looking for Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or trades environment (I-Body experience advantage) General reception duties, customer service (in-person and phone), data entry and payment processing Responding to email and online enquiries from customers, insurers and suppliers Processing estimates and sourcing quotes for review Excellent organisation and time management skills with attention to detail A friendly, professional and helpful attitude What we offer Competitive salary Opportunity for growth within the repair industry Supportive, close-knit team environment Ongoing training and support About us Surrey Accident Repair Centre is a proud family-run business who are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
