As a Real Estate Administration & Office Support professional, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team based in Kew. In this full-time role, with the possibility of working 4 days a week, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our thriving real estate office. What you’ll be doing Managing the daily administrative tasks of the office, including, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems etc. Providing administrative support to the sales and management teams, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client communications Assisting with the coordination of marketing activities, including the preparation of property listings and promotional materials Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment by providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders What we’re looking for Previous experience in a similar real estate administration or office support role, preferably within the property industry Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite, Console Cloud, Box & Dice, Agent Box, Adobe Indesign A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving On offer -Opportunities for career development and further training -A friendly and inclusive team culture with regular social activities
