About the Role Reporting into People and Culture, you will provide essential administrative support across the People and Culture and BASSCARE. What you will be doing: Preparing P&C documentation and maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records Supporting recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, phone screens, and reference checks Auditing staff files and ensuring HRIS database accuracy Managing filing systems, document control and general administrative tasks Assisting with reporting, data entry and ad-hoc P&C projects Providing cross-departmental administrative support as needed You will bring: You're a natural organiser who takes pride in accuracy and discretion.
