We are currently working with a highly regarded builder-developer to appoint an experienced Contract Finishes Foreman to join one of Sydney’s standout large-scale residential developments. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-profile live project and take ownership of the finishes package on a landmark build comprising over 250 residential apartments across 15 storeys , with a total project footprint of over 60,000sqm . With construction well underway and completion scheduled for 2027 , this role offers long-term contract stability , strong project exposure, and the opportunity to work with an established team on a premium development. The Project Large-scale new build residential development Approx. 60,500sqm total build area Major builder/developer with an excellent reputation in the Sydney market Strong pipeline of future work and ongoing opportunities You will be responsible for driving the internal finishes programme from apartment fit-out through to practical completion, ensuring quality, programme, and subcontractor coordination are delivered to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing all internal finishes trades Coordinating subcontractors on daily and weekly programmes Driving quality assurance and defect minimisation Overseeing apartment handover readiness Working closely with site and project management teams Maintaining programme and ensuring milestones are met Managing WHS and site presentation across finishing zones What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on large residential projects Strong apartment fit-out and handover experience Experience working on Class 2 / multi-storey residential builds Excellent trade coordination and sequencing ability Strong eye for detail and quality finishes Ability to work within fast-paced builder/developer environments Available for an immediate or short-notice contract start This is a rare opportunity to join a major long-term project with a business known for delivering quality developments and retaining strong performers for future projects.
