Project Manager | Class 2 builds | Builder-Developer | Lower North Shore An established builder-developer based in North Sydney is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its delivery team. The business delivers Class 2 residential projects across the Lower North Shore and has a strong forward pipeline of work. The company is known for excellent staff retention, with this position becoming available due to recent internal promotions rather than turnover. It’s a stable, well-run environment and a role that offers genuine longevity. The position would suit a Project Manager coming from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder, or someone with experience in a builder-developer environment, who is comfortable taking ownership of projects through the full delivery cycle. The Role Manage Class 2 apartment projects from early works through to completion Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams Drive program, quality, compliance and cost outcomes Maintain a high standard of build quality and attention to detail Experience & Technical Capability Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential buildings Strong working knowledge of NCC / BCA and the NSW Apartment Design Guide Solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and compliance Systems & Tools Microsoft Project experience Exposure to digital site and project management platforms such as SIMPLEL (or similar) Jobpac experience preferred About You Comfortable working in a small, delivery-focused team Able to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes Clear, confident communicator with consultants and subcontractors Professional, practical and solutions-focused If you’re an experienced Project Manager looking to join a stable builder-developer with strong internal progression and a long-term pipeline of work, this role is worth a conversation.
