About the Role This is not a traditional store leadership role. As Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the blinds category, within the wider business. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a small team and growing this division through strong leadership, commercial thinking and hands-on selling. This role suits someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys autonomy and knows how to build momentum in a specialist category. What you will do Own and drive sales performance across blinds, shutters and outdoor solutions Lead and coach a small team to deliver consistent results Manage the full sales journey from showroom to in-home measure and quote Build pipeline, convert leads and maximise every customer opportunity Analyse performance and implement strategies to grow the category Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience What you will bring Proven success in high ticket, consultative sales Experience in blinds, window furnishings, flooring, furniture or similar Ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on in sales Confidence in measure and quote or in-home consultation environments Strong commercial mindset with a drive to grow a category A natural closer who takes ownership and delivers results What's in it for you!
