Our client is a leading 100% Australian-owned and family-run honey producer based in Adelaide, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. With over 30 years of experience exporting premium Australian Manuka and natural honey, we pride ourselves on quality, traceability, and our deep-rooted passion for the apiculture industry. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive commercial sales and marketing plans to promote NovaFarms’ premium honey products in local and global markets Market Expansion: Identifying and executing market entry strategies for the Asia-Pacific region and other international territories. Business Development: Managing bilingual export procedures and complex international contract documentation. Sales Management: Directing sales activities, setting targets, and managing budgets to ensure sustainable growth and brand positioning. Promotion & Branding: Leading marketing campaigns that highlight the unique health benefits and traceability of our Manuka honey. Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and trade partners. You will Need A Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, International Trade or related field. A minimum of 3 years of recent, relevant professional experience in sales and marketing management. At least five years of experience may subsititute for the formal qualifications. Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in international trade and a deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific market is highly desirable. Mobility: Willingness and ability to undertake frequent international business trips to engage with global clients and attend trade exhibitions.
