As an Employment Consultant, you'll be a coach, advocate, and connector - working one-on-one with job seekers to overcome challenges and help them realise their potential. Your goal? To support people from all walks of life into sustainable, meaningful employment. You'll be backed by a passionate team and realistic caseloads that let you make a genuine impact. You'll also engage with local employers to create opportunities that benefit both individuals and communities. What You'll Be Doing Motivate and support job seekers through personalised coaching and development plans Deliver tailored pathways through training, upskilling and pre-employment programs Connect people with suitable, sustainable job opportunities Build and maintain strong employer relationships to source new job opportunities Provide ongoing post-placement support to ensure long-term success for clients and employers Keep accurate case notes and meet compliance requirements under the Workforce Australia program What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is people-focused, solutions-driven, and purpose-led. Ideally, you will have: A passion for helping others and making a difference in your community Strong communication and relationship-building skills The ability to support and motivate people from diverse backgrounds Strong organisational skills and experience with administrative tasks Confidence working towards targets in a team-oriented, values-based culture Experience in employment services, recruitment, or community services (preferred, not essential) Why Join Us?
