Working closely with Project Managers and with exposure to senior leadership, you will support the end-to-end delivery of multiple residential builds. You will be responsible for procurement, contract administration, variations, cost tracking, and compliance, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role is well-suited to someone early to mid-career who is looking to develop within a stable, growth-focused business that promotes from within. Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer head contracts and subcontract agreements Manage variations, RFIs and EOTs, maintaining accurate documentation Oversee procurement, including issuing purchase orders and coordinating subcontractors Assist with cost tracking and budget reporting Coordinate permits, insurances, and compliance documentation Maintain detailed project records and support process improvements Liaise with Project Managers, site teams, estimators, and subcontractors What We’re Looking For 1–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role Background in residential or commercial construction Understanding of domestic building contracts and construction sequencing Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach How to Apply Click Apply or email your resume to narule @brookrecruitment.com.au .
