Description The Membership Coordinator role is often the first point of membership contact, assisting with membership enquiries, addressing member concerns and processing new membership applications. The position will operate within a high-volume environment and will be required to provide high quality customer service. The Membership Coordinator plays a critical role in driving customer- centricity, promoting a positive brand reputation, and contributing to the organisation's growth and success. Selection Criteria Previous, recent administrative experience in a customer service role Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work well within a team and also direct self with competing demands Demonstrated high level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft suite Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high volume and deadline driven environment, whilst maintaining a high standard of work Please note: This is a temporary full-time position offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
