As our Safety Business Partner, you’ll work alongside operational leaders to embed practical, people-first safety solutions across our agribusiness operations. The Role: We have a full - t ime, permanent opportunity for a Safety Business Partner to join our People & Safety team based in Perth’s CBD office with frequent regional travel. This role would suit someone who is good communicator, innovative, adaptable and team focussed . In addition to providing operational safety support and risk management strategies you will provide specialist advice and assistance for all work health and safety matters and recommend and implement practical solutions in line with Harvest Road Agribusiness operational models and associated legislation. Key Responsibilities: Provide employees and managers with expert advice on WHS compliance and best practices. Assist with site safety audits, complete risk assessments, and ICAM incident investigations. Update and manage relevant WHS management plans and risk registers. Collaborate with site teams to address hazards, implement control measures, and ensure alignment with legislation. Assist with the development and implementation Standard Operating Procedures and processes to ensure alignment with any regulatory and legislated compliance requirements. Assist with the review, development and maintenance of support tools and processes and facilitate educational sessions for Harvest Road Agribusiness managers and employees to increase the understanding and requirements in our responsibilities to manage risk. Ensure timely communications and information between the sites and wider Harvest Road Group to manage risk. About You: Diploma level qualifications in Work Health and Safety . Experience working in regional environments and the agricultural industry. At least 5 years of experience in a Safety role or similar . Previous experience in a similar remote support role working across multiple companies/locations. Ability to undertake frequent and regular regional travel with overnights. Hold a current driver’s licence. Strong computer skills and report writing. High level of initiative and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience of stakeholder engagement working across diverse range of leaders What’s I n I t F or Y ou?
