About the role This is a true Business Development role for someone who thrives on winning new business within the commercial furniture and fit-out industry. You will be out in the market, building relationships with key decision makers, identifying opportunities and converting them into projects. What you will do You will proactively generate new business through networking, cold calling and relationship building across interior designers, builders, project managers and end users. You will manage the full sales cycle, presenting tailored furniture and fit-out solutions, working closely with internal design and estimating teams to deliver on client briefs. What you will bring Proven experience within commercial furniture, fit-out or a closely aligned industry Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and key decision makers A natural hunter mindset with confidence in building relationships from scratch Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets High energy, resilience and a proactive approach to winning business What's in it for you!
