Job Description Your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to: Gathering, validating, and summarising financial and operational data Communicating with internal departments to obtain and clarify required information Checking and maintaining accurate third-party contact details Drafting and preparing letters and emails to be issued to third parties Ensuring documentation and correspondence is accurate and completed in a timely manner Supporting the Finance team with general administrative tasks as required The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Administrator should have: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation Solid generalist administrative experience, ideally within a corporate or finance environment The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting Previous exposure to SAP is desirable but not essential What's on Offer Hourly rate of AUD 35.0 to AUD 40.0, based on skills and experience.
