Who you are A finance professional who has exceptional financial analysis and interpretation skills along with strong interest in commercially focused outcomes. The Role: The role covers management reporting, budgeting, treasury support, board reporting, audit support, and the continued optimisation of Workday Finance. A high-impact role reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with the Finance Manager and senior business stakeholders, this role suits a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the business and translating data into meaningful insight. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process, including supporting analysis Support cashflow reporting, treasury activity and debt capital administration Partner with finance and broader business stakeholders to prepare, interpret and communicate financial information for decision-making Support the continued adoption and improvement of Workday Finance, including process and user capability enhancement Play a key role in monthly, quarterly and year end reporting including quarterly board process Support the annual audit process, including financial and regulatory reporting requirements Provide adhoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) Around 8-10 years’ experience in finance, commercial finance or a similar analytical role Excellent analytical skills including ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights Advanced Excel capability and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
