You will represent UNE externally, building strong relationships with high schools, career advisers and prospective students to increase applications, enrolments and overall engagement. This role is highly dynamic and relationship-focused, involving regular travel, school visits, career markets, events and presentations. You will coordinate and deliver recruitment activities, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to achieving the Universitys recruitment targets while enhancing UNEs brand and reputation. Working closely with the Future Students, Engagement and Technology team, as well as Marketing and other internal stakeholders, you will ensure a coordinated and high-impact approach to student recruitment. About you To be successful in this role, you will bring strong sales, relationship management and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse audience including students, parents, schools and community stakeholders. You will be confident working autonomously while managing multiple priorities, coordinating events and delivering high-quality recruitment activities. You will also demonstrate: Experience in sales, marketing or student recruitment activities Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability Confidence in public speaking, presentations and group facilitation Ability to manage projects, events and competing deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience using business systems, CRM tools and digital platforms Readiness to use AI and digital technology to enhance performance About the Department The Future Students and Engagement Department at the University of New England (UNE) leads all external-facing functions through a coordinated and integrated strategy.
