About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a casual basis at our 36‑bed aged care facility . This role is well suited to individuals who are passionate about supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort and respect while delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. Position Description - Personal Care Assistants (PCA) About You To be successful in this role, you will be committed to providing compassionate care, demonstrate professionalism and reliability, and work effectively as part of a supportive team environment. Remuneration The position offers an hourly rate of $31.95 , plus casual loading, applicable penalties and superannuation, in accordance with the Local Government, Aged, Disability and Home Care (State) Award .
