Registered Nurse Permanent Part-Time – 15 hours per week McMaugh Gardens & Tablelands Community Support Uralla Shire Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Services team, delivering high-quality, person‑centred care across McMaugh Gardens Residential Aged Care Facility and Tablelands Community Support (TCS) . This is a permanent part-time position , with minimum 15 rostered hours per week , with flexibility to work across residential and community care settings as required. The Opportunity Reporting to the Manager McMaugh Gardens/Director of Nursing and Manager Community Care, you will deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care while supporting the dignity, independence and wellbeing of residents and community clients. The Candidate You are a compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in aged care and/or community nursing and a strong commitment to delivering safe, person‑centred care. Qualifications: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). Previous experience in aged care or a similar setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
