Our Economics & Property team brings together market insight, economic analysis and a strong understanding of place to help clients navigate complex development and investment decisions. Our work spans residential, commercial, retail and mixed‑use projects, providing advice on market demand, feasibility, valuation, strategic direction and expert evidence. As a Senior Team Administrator supporting this division, you will provide high quality support to your Economics & Property team members. This role is accountable for delivering outstanding secretarial, financial and project administrative support, achieved through exceptional personal organisation and time management. The Senior Team Administrator role also plays a significant role in the support of Urbis' practice management system, BST, and other internal systems. As a Senior Team Administrator, every day is different! You'll make an impact by: Preparing and coordinating documents including tenders, reports and presentations, with a strong focus on accuracy and presentation Supporting projects, process improvement and financial administration, including invoicing, expense processing, project setup and reporting in internal systems Managing diaries, inboxes and meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering and video conferencing Acting as a key point of contact for clients and staff, handling enquiries, coordinating appointments and providing day to day support Organising travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation and transport as required Coordinating team meetings, events and marketing activities, and helping keep priorities and deadlines on track About you.
