Job description Troocoo Troocoo is currently supporting a valued Queensland State Government client to recruit an AO3 Program Support Officer (Procurement). This is a full-time temporary labour-hire contract through to 31 December 2028 , offering $51.13 – $56.72 per hour super, based in Buderim, QLD. The Opportunity As the AO3 Program Support Officer (Procurement), you will play a key role in supporting procurement and project delivery activities within a high-performing infrastructure team. You will work closely with project managers and procurement specialists to ensure procurement processes, reporting, and governance requirements are delivered accurately and on time. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative, procurement or project support experience who thrive in structured, process-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Providing procurement and program support to project managers and team members Coordinating end-to-end procurement activities in line with policies and procedures Managing contingent workforce engagements via the Fieldglass system Maintaining accurate registers, spreadsheets, and procurement records Assisting with tendering processes, including documentation and coordination Supporting asset management activities including procurement, stock takes and disposals Ensuring all activities align with governance, compliance and WHS requirements Providing administrative and operational support to the Procurement team What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring: Previous experience in procurement, project support, or administrative roles within a structured environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data, documentation and reporting accurately Experience working with systems such as SAP, Fieldglass, or similar procurement/finance platforms (highly regarded) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the wider Office suite Understanding of procurement processes, governance, or government environments (desirable) You must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check.
