The Role: We are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the financial planning function across our fast-paced, multi-site retail business. You will lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality reporting, forecasting and insights that support strategic decision-making. Partnering closely with the CFO, Executive team and key stakeholders, you will drive financial performance through robust planning, analysis and continuous improvement of processes and systems. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead end-to-end financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning ✅ Deliver monthly reporting packs, reforecasts and ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions ✅ Drive continuous improvement of reporting, KPIs, dashboards and financial processes ✅ Partner with senior leaders to provide insights that influence commercial outcomes ✅ Support investment decisions through robust financial modelling and business case analysis ✅ Lead and develop the FP&A team, ensuring high performance and capability uplift ✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, support office and international stakeholders ✅ Manage financial inputs into strategic initiatives including growth projects and M&A activity About You ✅ Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within retail, hospitality or multi-site environments ✅ CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) with a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business ✅ Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams ✅ Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability ✅ Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders ✅ Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments ✅ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (TM1 experience advantageous) ✅ Commercially minded with a hands-on, “can-do” approach This is a great opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping financial strategy and performance within a growing, dynamic retail business.
