Office Manager | CBD Location Join a high-end construction business delivering premium commercial fitouts across a range of industries, including hospitality, restaurants, and hotels. The team combines precision, creativity, and a genuinely energetic, down-to-earth culture, working with leading brands to create exceptional spaces. This is a broad and varied role where no two days look the same. You will be at the heart of the office, keeping everything running smoothly while helping to create a positive and engaging workplace for a team of around 30. There is also the opportunity to step up in an Executive Assistant capacity, supporting the directors and taking on higher-level administrative responsibilities as you grow into the role. What you will be doing: Managing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a welcoming and well-presented environment Overseeing office supplies, kitchen, maintenance, and general coordination Acting as the go-to person for all office-related matters Coordinating internal and external events, from team celebrations to client functions Supporting monthly meetings, including preparation of presentations Assisting with EOFY planning and team activities Liaising with external IT providers Providing ad hoc support to the finance team, including raising POs and ordering Supporting the directors with diary management, correspondence, and general Executive Assistant tasks Opportunities to take on more high-level Executive Assistant responsibilities as you demonstrate capability About you: Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar all-rounder role A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Confident, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Takes ownership and enjoys making a real impact Why you will love it: A fun and social team culture A business that genuinely values its people A varied role with scope to grow and make it your own, including stepping up in an EA capacity CBD location with a collaborative and energetic office environment If you are looking for a role where you can take ownership, bring energy, and grow your career, we would love to hear from you.
