Your responsibilities will include: Program Administration Coordinator – MFC SPS The Program Administration Coordinator provides administrative support to the MFS Strategic Partner Services Program and other MFC programs as required. Key Responsibilities: GWPC Tripartite Coordination – Manage all aspects including event logistics, facilities, agendas, attendees, materials, minutes, catering, security, site visits, and social events. Program Support – Act as a key contact for internal programs; assist with workflow coordination, CDRL reporting, and staff onboarding/offboarding. Office Administration – Manage visitor access, office consumables, staff amenities, organisation charts, uniform orders, and stocktake. Calendar & Meeting Support – Maintain the SPS PMO team calendar; arrange travel and itineraries for senior leads; provide meeting support (minutes, notes, actions) and follow-up. Systems & Tools – Administer SharePoint, Confluence, RAC, and EUA processes (via JIRA). Team Engagement – Contribute to team events and activities. About you: To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong background in PA/EA support, particularly in diary and calendar management. Confidence in coordinating all aspects of meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, invites, travel, and logistics. A proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks and working with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion. The ability to produce clear, professional business documents and work comfortably across a range of online platforms. A sound understanding of policies and processes, with the ability to work effectively within established guidelines. High levels of digital literacy and adaptability with new systems. The flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
