We’re looking for experienced Heavy Machine Operators to join leading civil contractors delivering subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and infrastructure projects across North & Western Melbourne . This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled operators across Excavators and Moxy Dump Trucks who are seeking consistent, long-term work with genuine career progression opportunities. We have multiple sites in Werribee, Melton,Caroline Springs,Donnybrook and Craigieburn What We Offer: • Work with reputable Victorian civil contractors across major growth corridors • Ongoing long-term projects in North & Western Melbourne • Opportunities to upskill and gain additional VOCs • Consistent 50 hour weeks with competitive market rates • Temp-to-perm opportunities with pay reviews at 3 and 6 months • Career progression into Leading Hand or Site Supervisor roles Your Day-to-Day Duties: • Operating Excavators for bulk earthworks, trenching, services, road boxing, and site preparation • Operating Moxy Dump Trucks in subdivision and bulk earthworks environments • Working alongside civil crews and trades to complete projects efficiently • Maintaining plant and equipment to site and safety standards • Typical hours: 7:00am–5:00pm, 5–6 days per week What You’ll Need: • Proven experience operating Excavators and/or Moxy Dump Trucks on civil projects • White Card • Relevant VOCs or plant tickets • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship • Ability to work in fast-paced subdivision environments This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity with structured performance reviews at 3 and 6 months.
