Job Description Review incoming referrals to ensure all demographic, clinical, and diagnostic information is complete and accurately documented. Verify that each referral is directed to the appropriate GP, physiotherapist, specialist, or allied health provider based on the patient's clinical needs. Identify and correct inconsistencies such as outdated provider details, missing clinical context, or incomplete patient information. Ensure referrals are formatted, updated, and finalised in line with clinical communication standards before distribution. Process and transmit the completed referrals through the clinic's practice management system to support timely continuity of care. Maintain accuracy, clinical relevance, and confidentiality in all outgoing correspondence. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in transcription, ideally within the healthcare industry. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of medical terminology and formatting requirements. Proficiency in using transcription software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. What's on Offer Hourly pay ranging from AUD 32.0 to AUD 37.0, based on experience.
