Role: Leasing & Application Processor Salary: >$80k Super use of company vehicle Location: East Brisbane, QLD The Leasing & Application Processor is primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end tenancy application processing function, ensuring applications are reviewed thoroughly, accurately, and efficiently. This role also provides essential support to the team and assists with leasing inspections as required. Accuracy, compliance, and confident use of property management systems are critical to success in this position. Key Responsibilities Application Processing Process residential tenancy applications from submission through to approval Conduct thorough background searches on prospective tenants, including employment, rental history, and identity checks Assess applications against company and legislative criteria Prepare and enter complete application and tenant records into the CRM Communicate with applicants regarding application outcomes and requests for additional information Leasing Support & Inspections Assist the portfolio with property viewings, conducted primarily on Wednesdays Use of a company work vehicle provided for inspection attendance Support leasing staff with follow-ups and appointment coordination as required Property Management Administration Provide administrative support to the Property Management team Prepare and manage documentation using Realworks for all leasing and tenancy records Receive, allocate, and manage keys, ensuring correct processing and secure handling Ensure all owner and tenant details are accurately entered and maintained in the CRM (Console experience essential) Essential Skills & Experience Experience in Leasing within residential property management Strong background in tenancy application processing Ability to manage high volumes of applications accurately Confident use of Realworks and Console Current Real Estate Registration and valid driver’s licence HOW TO APPLY Please submit your resume by hitting APPLY or contact us directly: Nick Mellish All applications will be held in strict confidence, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
