Job description We are currently seeking an experienced Rostering Officer for an immediate start in Woodford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced environment, supporting workforce coordination and rostering functions within a large operational team. About the Role In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating staffing rosters while providing administrative support to the broader HR function. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure rosters are accurate, compliant, and meet operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and coordination of staff rosters in line with operational needs Prepare and distribute roster allocations and updates Manage staffing variations in consultation with relevant managers Validate timesheets and ensure accurate processing of pay in line with entitlements Monitor leave balances and assist with leave planning and rostering Respond to staff enquiries relating to rosters and leave arrangements Provide general administrative support including data entry and record keeping Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information appropriately About You Previous rostering experience is essential Experience in a government or similar large/complex environment is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and accuracy Confident using systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Additional Information ASAP start required (pending clear Criminal History Check) Contract through to end of June with potential for extension Labour hire arrangement Free onsite parking available (No working from home)
