About this role As an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in the Financial Advisory Team, you will play a key role in the effective day-to-day operations of the team and provide intuitive support, displaying a high level of initiative, multi-tasking and adapting quickly to last-minute change. You will proactively anticipate the needs of your stakeholders before and as they arise. Please note that this is a maximum term contract opportunity ending mid October, 2026. Key responsibilities Provide high‑level administrative support to three Partners/Principals and the broader Financial Advisory Team Complete client onboarding through Salesforce Manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Arrange domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required Process Partner expenses in Concur Organise internal meetings, and assist in organising client/referrer and team events Prepare and finalise client documents, letters, and proposal materials Manage and maintain databases and systems, including regular updates in Salesforce CRM Assist with Business Development including, proposal preparation, contact mapping and tracking of business development activities Support monthly billing processes Provide general administrative and ad hoc support as required Skills and experience The ideal candidate will exhibit agility and responsiveness, thriving in a dynamic and demanding environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in professional services who can effectively demonstrate the following skills, experience, and attributes: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant within a corporate or professional services environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a positive approach to teamwork and the ability to collaborate with and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levels Highly organised, with the ability to multi‑task and work effectively under pressure High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to learn new systems quickly.
