A highly respected and established real estate agency is seeking an experienced Sales & Contracts Administrator to support their successful sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established real estate team where you will manage the sales administration process from contract to settlement, ensuring transactions are handled accurately and on time. Preparing contracts of sale and all associated sales documentation Managing the administrative process from contract through to settlement Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and conveyancers to coordinate transactions Monitoring contract conditions, key deadlines and settlement dates Maintaining accurate records and updates within the CRM system Providing administrative support to the sales team as required About You: Previous experience in real estate sales administration or contracts administration role Strong understanding of the property sales process Excellent attention to detail Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple duties Confident communication skills and professional approach If you have real estate administration experience and are looking to join a respected agency where your skills will be valued, we would love to hear from you!
