Currently based in Hendra with onsite parking, the head office is relocating to Newstead in July/August 2026. What you will be doing… You won't just be supporting the CEO, you'll be the person who makes the CEO more effective. The one who knows what's coming before it arrives, who keeps the board papers tight, the diary under control, and the office humming. Day to day you'll be across: Owning the CEO's diary - managing complexity, protecting priorities and ensuring the right things get attention at the right time Producing Board papers and Governance coordination, executive presentations and correspondence Coordinate Board, investor and ELT meetings - agendas, coordination, minutes and keeping actions moving Being a trusted presence with senior leaders and external stakeholders, handling everything with discretion and professionalism Keeping the head office operating at its best - systems, workflows, compliance and a workplace culture people are proud to be part of.
