This is a hands-on role supporting a busy, multi-site operation, with a strong focus on costing, inventory, and operational performance. You’ll work closely with operations and supply chain, providing meaningful insights to drive efficiency and decision-making. Your day-to-day: Lead month-end close for operational finance, including journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations Partner with operations to deliver insights on costing, margins and production performance Manage inventory accounting, stock movements and provisioning Support budgeting and forecasting across manufacturing sites Drive process improvements across reporting, controls and systems Assist with audit and ensure strong compliance across financial processes Mentor and support junior team members where required Who you are: CA/CPA qualified, ideally Big 4 trained (Audit or Advisory) Proven experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments (highly preferred) Strong operational finance background – costing, inventory, site-based exposure Hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with non-finance teams If this sounds like the role for you, click APPLY NOW or email madi.hendrickse@perigongroup.com.au
