About the Role This powerhouse is seeking a HR Generalist with a strong Talent Acquisition focus to join a collaborative team based in Melbourne’s CBD. This role offers a balanced mix of end-to-end recruitment and broader HR generalist responsibilities, supporting the business as it continues to grow. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top talent while also supporting employee lifecycle activities, HR processes and initiatives that contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, technical and project-based roles Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and industry networks Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and deliver a strong candidate experience Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development Assist with onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees HR Generalist Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, and offboarding Assist managers with employee relations matters, policies and HR best practice Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting and compliance requirements Support performance review cycles, learning and development initiatives and employee engagement activities Assist with HR projects, process improvements and policy updates Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement and retention About You 3–6 years’ experience within HR, Talent Acquisition, or a combined HR Generalist role Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders Well organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, solutions-focused approach to HR and people initiatives Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred) Experience within energy, engineering, infrastructure or project-based environments will be highly regarded What’s on Offer Opportunity to work within the high-growth renewable energy sector A collaborative and supportive team environment Modern office located in Melbourne CBD Competitive salary and benefits The chance to contribute to meaningful work that supports Australia’s energy transition If you’re an HR professional who enjoys both people operations and recruitment, and you’re looking to join a purpose-driven organisation, Natalie Kotzias would love to hear from you.
