About the Role: The Project Officer – WFM Implementation plays a key role in the successful implementation, testing, documentation, and adoption of the organisation's workforce management (WFM) system. Some of your key duties will involve: Supporting the project team and acting as a functional subject matter expert. Leading and coordinating system testing activities, including functional, process, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identifying, documenting and resolving system issues and defects, working closely with vendors and project stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions. Significant travel across the state is required to support stakeholders, deliver training, and ensure on-the-ground implementation support at various locations. About You: To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate: Strong negotiation, persuasion and motivation skills to manage staff and stakeholders. Knowledge of and experience in project management in busy and complex projects. * Strong research skills and ability to apply advanced theoretical knowledge in a specialised field.
