Your New Role The Senior Capability Consultant is responsible for the development and execution of learning initiatives that support an uplift in the priority capabilities of colleagues at the Fund. This role will scope, design, develop and implement learning solutions to meet business objectives and align with key priorities. This role will partner with Capability Leads on uplifting priority skills across the Fund. This includes a primary focus on working with the Capability Lead, Technology & Data. Key responsibilities include; Implement development initiatives across the Fund to build AI, data and technical capability. Design and implement highly effective, results driven colleague development. Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of capability development programs delivered online, face to face, virtual or blended. Facilitation of workshops and learning activities such as learning circles and communities of practice to support continuous learning across the Fund. Design and develop continuous learning pathways and performance support tools. Curate and market learning initiatives using a range of resources including LinkedIn Learning and internally developed content. Build and develop effective relationships with all levels of the Fund including key stakeholders, people leaders, subject matter experts and colleagues. Ensure learning needs are accurately identified, and recommendations are appropriate to the learning need using effective development principles. Develop detailed communication and change management plans to support high impact learning and development solutions. Due to the Fund’s international presence, there can be a requirement to work outside of normal business hours. What You’ll Need Experience in technology and/or data capability development, applying adult learning principles at scale. Excellent facilitation skills that engage audiences and enhance the transfer of learning. Experience creating learning programs from analysis to evaluation. Proven skills in instructional design for digital, blended and face to face delivery. Strong project management skills including scoping, and identification of key milestones and deliverables. Well-developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives, and issues to senior management. Extensive experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes. Understanding of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE. Experience in the use of an LMS to monitor and manage learning content and records such as Oracle. Experience with design software such as RISE and Storyline 360 (Articulate).
