What You’ll Do As a Senior Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the smooth delivery of studio projects from inception through completion. You will: Coordinate project delivery across multiple studios and disciplines — helping scope, plan, and track deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Manage project finances , including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing coordination, financial reporting, and ensuring profitability. Partner with finance and project teams to maintain accurate accounting controls, resolve financial variances, and provide timely insights that support decision-making. Support project setup and administration , including contracts, resourcing, documentation, and risk management processes. Be a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and forward momentum across teams. Champion project governance — ensuring compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and financial best practices. You’ll be comfortable balancing multiple priorities and interacting confidently with designers, project leads, clients, and specialist consultants. What We’re Looking For We’re after someone with: Experience in project coordination or project management —within architecture, design, or construction. Previous experience as a Project Architect with financial oversight or project delivery responsibilities is highly valued. Strong finance/accounting acumen , with experience managing budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and cost controls. Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. A proactive, adaptable approach — you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving problems with clarity and initiative. Great communication skills — you can influence, negotiate, and build strong working relationships. Formal tertiary qualifications in business, finance, project management, or related fields are a bonus, but practical experience delivering projects, managing budgets, and coordinating teams is equally important.
