This role offers great growth and will be on-site four days per week and one work-from-home day. Job Description Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Support the preparation of management reports and presentations for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements. Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Analyst should have: CPA or CA Qualified. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools. Experience in Anaplan highly regarded. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. What's on Offer Competitive salary package of $140,000 - $150,000 Super.
