The Role We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Commercial Analyst to support the Director of Finance – Pharmacy in delivering high-quality financial insights and driving performance across a diverse portfolio of businesses. This is a highly visible role where you will partner closely with senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making through robust analysis, reporting, and commercial insight. You’ll play a key role in understanding business performance at a site level and identifying opportunities to optimise outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver monthly financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and management reports Analyse both financial and non-financial performance across multiple sites to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Provide actionable insights to uplift business performance Identify and drive process improvements in reporting and analysis Support the financial setup of new sites, embedding best practice frameworks and behaviours Partner with stakeholders across finance, strategy, and operations to solve business challenges and unlock opportunities Assist in managing reporting timelines and key deliverables The Candidate You are a proactive, detail-oriented analyst with strong commercial acumen and a passion for turning data into meaningful insights. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively and have the following skills and previous experience.
