Melbourne, Sydney Wealth Management Contract or Temporary Our client is a leading Private Wealth Manager seeking an experienced Client Offboarding, Deceased Estate processing and Asset Transfers candidate to join their team for an initial 12-month contract in their Sydney or Melbourne office. This position lies with the Client Services Team, a team that is responsible for supporting Client Offboarding, Deceased Estate processing and Asset Transfers including International and CHESS Sponsorship functions for the Australia Wealth Management business. The role will be part of a team who support both local and overseas stakeholders relating to the ongoing maintenance and offboarding of client accounts and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have Wealth Management Operations experience including Offboarding, Asset Transfers and Decseased Eastate Processing for UHNW / HNW and Trusts. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring all daily offboarding processes and SLAs are met within applicable timeframes Maintaining a culture of high performance and excellent service for both internal and external clients Contribute to additional administration projects as requested by management Provide exceptional client service support to internal and external clients alike Liaise with various departments across the wealth management business to execute client static updates accurately within SLAs Liaise with processing centre and uphold Operations process quality and accuracy Manage client migration and position transfers including Chess sponsorship. Qualifications / Experience Required Desirable tertiary education in Finance, Commerce RG146 – if not held already a requirement to study toward Minimum 3 years’ recognised industry financial markets experience, especially knowledge on asset transfer /sponsorship would be highly regarded Awareness of regulatory rules and how they apply to the business Understanding of the various legislation and regulations within the financial services industry (ASX rules, AML, KYC, FATCA and CRS requirements) will be added advantage
