About the Role: Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, and within a small, close-knit finance team, your duties will include: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense claims. Fortnightly and monthly payables reviews and adjustments Contribute to ongoing AP automation projects as required. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Credit cards & petty cash reconciliations About You: You will be an aspiring AP Officer, with existing experience in the field, who finds themselves looking to move into a role where there is a platform for growth long-term as this finance function continues to evolve.
